Dear Property Records Website User,
Elkhart County IN is happy to announce that we will be upgrading our Elevate GIS/Property Records website to a new platform on November 15, 2024.
The new Property Records website will be implemented on the industry-leading Beacon platform. It features a responsive design for mobile device friendliness, and has intuitive property search, report, and mapping capabilities. This allows end users to have a consistent user experience across multiple devices, operating systems, and screen sizes, on a system that has high performance and reliability.
The new platform will NOT require a login and will be available for free for a period of 2.5 weeks. On 12/4/2024 all active Property Records Website users will be automatically migrated to the new website, so you may continue to access the site with your existing login. However, if you already have an existing account in the Beacon system that matches your Elevate email you will continue to use that same login. If you are having trouble with your password, use the “Forgot your password” link on the login page and an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
